I was contacted by phone offering an early appointment due to a cancellation.

While I was offered an injection in about 6 months time for spinal arthritic pain, the physio failed to mention other possible treatments and declared that none was possible. Subsequent reading leads me to doubt this.

My experience as a patient of The Arundel Practice is very high from Receptionist through to the Doctor. Always very caring, helpful, respectful and efficient team. A well run clean and tidy practice. I feel very lucky to be a patient of Arundel Practice . They are a great team.

As there was a long wait for an appointment, it was suggested that I phoned on the Monday when the Locum was on duty. I did and was given an appointment that afternoon. It was very satisfactory and I was able to discuss my concerns with the doctor.

The only thing that would help is out of your control - we need more GPs at surgeries and generally better pay and respect for the NHS from the Government.

Good service. Telephone contact with doctor works well.

There can be a long wait to get through on the phone for an appointment. Depends on time of day.
